Nowadays, HOlland is the largest exporter of cheese in the world. Its dairy industry has turnover around of 7 billion EURO. They have hundreds of dairy products. Dutch people don't drink water, they drink fresh milk during breakfast and lunch. They use milk in many ways like cooking, baking, etc. During parties cheese is always there.

Alkmaar is one of the municipalities which is known of its cheese market. The pictures above are taken in Alkmaar cheese market.

Every year around 300,000 people visit the Alkmaar Cheese Market in Waagplein.
